By expanding communication about safety, the company has strengthened the
execution of its safety culture and actively engaged in activities to create
the highest level of safe workplaces.
The company has implemented the Safety Inspector system, PSM(Process Safety Management), STOP
(Safety Training Observation Program) system, and conducts safety Patrol during planned
maintenance periods, and holds monthly safety inspections.
The company has prepared virtual scenarios to respond promptly to possible unexpected accidents,
conducts emergency drills, and periodically conducts joint firefighting drills with relevant
authorities.
As part of efforts to promote cooperation and mutual growth with cooperating companies, the
company hosts an annual safety conference for accident-free records and holds monthly committee
meetings to provide safety and health training, support risk assessments, and supply safety and
health equipment to improve the safety and health standards of cooperating companies.

PSM(Process Safety Management)
According to the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the company is making every
effort to ensure systematic process safety management to prevent accidents that could harm
workers in the workplace or nearby areas due to leaks, fires, explosions, or other incidents
resulting from hazardous and dangerous facilities. This includes updating process safety data, conducting internal audits, and maintaining an
ongoing PSM TF.

Healthy Workplaces
To ensure that everyone can work in a safe working environment, GS Power collaborates
with external experts to regularly measure and evaluate hazardous factors specific to
each workplace, working to improve them over time.
To prevent occupational diseases caused by the toxicity of chemicals, the use of
hazardous chemicals has been prohibited in all workplaces, and they have been replaced
with low-toxicity chemicals.
Additionally, GS Power thoroughly reviews and improves factors that could lead to
musculoskeletal disorders, such as repetitive tasks and heavy lifting operations.

Medical check-ups and Counselling support Program Operation
GS Power conducts comprehensive health check-ups for employees and executives aged 35 and
older every year. Designated hospitals are selected for these check-ups in various
regions. Employees who are not part of the comprehensive examination group undergo
regular check-ups. Specialized examinations are conducted for employees, including those
in operations and technical roles involving noise and specific chemicals.
Furthermore, GS Power provides counseling support programs to address concerns involved
with job-related stress, symptoms of depression, family issues, and more. These programs
are administered through specialized organizations.

Health Education
GS Power conducts health education programs in conjunction with regular safety check
days, focusing on areas of interest to employees and executives such as health
management and disease prevention. Efforts are made to provide practical health
management assistance.
In addition, hearing loss prevention health education is regularly conducted for
operating technicians.
